Ahmed is the founder and CEO of Greca Group, a holding company comprising Greca Homes and Greca Developments. Since arriving in Athens in 2011 as an exchange student, Ahmed has become a leading entrepreneur in Greek real estate. In 2013, he established Greca Homes, a real estate brokerage firm focusing on Greece’s Golden Visa program and helping over 120 families secure residency through tailored property investments.

Expanding into real estate development, he launched Greca Developments, a real estate investment and development firm overseeing projects totaling 8,000 square meters with a combined value of 50 million euros. Through his companies, Ahmed also manages investment funds for high-net-worth individuals, leveraging market expertise to deliver capital growth and optimized yields. His leadership and vision continue to shape the success of Greca Group.

Mohamed is a partner at Greca Group with over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry. Exposed to the sector from a young age, he gained a deep understanding of the market during his college years and has been an integral part of Greca Group’s growth since its early days. This involvement has given him extensive knowledge across all aspects of the business, from market dynamics to legal and bureaucratic processes.

More than a sales expert, Mohamed is a true consultant, guiding clients and investors to make informed, strategic decisions. His insights cover where, when, and how to invest for maximum returns and profits. With a comprehensive approach, Mohamed ensures every investment decision is optimized for success, making him a trusted advisor in the real estate market.

George brings extensive experience in business strategy, finance, and growth management. He plays a key role in driving the group’s expansion, overseeing strategy, departmental growth, and investor relations.

George previously co-founded Stoferno.gr, a last-mile marketplace, and successfully exited the company after it was acquired by LAMDA Development, a publicly listed company in Greece. This experience provided him with valuable insights into financing, fundraising, and collaborating with major investors.

At Greca Group, George focuses on deal structuring, feasibility studies, business plans, and working with high-ticket investors to tailor investment strategies. His expertise and strategic vision are vital to the group’s continued growth and success.

Akis is the Head of Accounting at Greca Group, bringing a wealth of expertise in managing the financial operations of diverse real estate companies and SPVs for the group’s projects. With a solid background in finance and accounting, Akis is well-versed in corporate structures and collaborates with accountants globally, including in Greece, the UAE, and the USA, to ensure the group achieves its financial and operational goals.

Maria is the Property Manager at Greca Group, overseeing all property management operations for both the group’s portfolio and client-owned properties. She manages long-term and short-term rentals, utilizing platforms like Airbnb, Booking, and Chinese channels to maximize visibility and rental potential. Maria also ensures that the Group’s developments are optimized for rental success.

With extensive experience managing over 600 properties, she handles rental agreements, utility setups, tenant communications, and investment performance reporting. Her collaborative approach with engineers, legal teams, and accountants ensures seamless property management and strong investor returns.

Alexandra is the Marketing Manager of Greca Group, with extensive experience in real estate marketing across Australia, South Africa, and Greece. Holding a double degree in Business and International Relations from Bond University, she has worked with leading real estate firms such as Gorman Commercial and T&C Investments, managing campaigns, marketing budgets, and property advertising.

At Greca Group, Alexandra uses her global expertise and multilingual skills in English, Greek, and French to drive marketing strategies and enhance the company’s brand presence.

Elizabeth holds a Master’s in European and International Studies, providing a strong foundation in international business environments, stakeholder coordination, and operational strategy.

In her current role, she oversees key aspects of sales and revenue operations, supporting the structure, visibility, and efficiency of the commercial process. Her responsibilities include managing property listings and portfolio data, coordinating lead flow, maintaining CRM accuracy, supporting alignment between sales and marketing activities, and improving internal workflows to enhance operational performance. She plays an important role in ensuring that business processes remain organized, scalable, and aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Backed by 25+ years working alongside CEOs, CFOs, banks, and lenders, George serves as Senior Finance Controller at Greca Group, anchoring the Group’s institutional finance capability across its SPVs and real estate developments.

He has structured and managed project finance across renewable energy SPVs at BCI Renewables, led debt management and lender reporting at Athens International Airport, and conducted investment due diligence and valuations at Emporiki Venture Capital. His broader career includes controlling roles at Imerys Bauxites and Antipollution A.N.E., and retail banking at Barclays. He holds an MBA in Finance and a BSc in Business Management both from the University of La Verne, California.

George is a licensed real estate consultant and certified property appraiser with over four years of experience in residential and investment real estate. Combining strong market knowledge with formal training in property valuation, he provides clients with insightful guidance and data-driven advice throughout the buying, selling, and investment process.

Holding a Law degree from Turkey, Aleyna brings a highly analytical and structured mindset to her role as a Property Consultant at Greca. She specializes in guiding Turkish clients and corporations through Greece’s Golden Visa program and property market.

Her background ensures an exceptionally detail-oriented approach to real estate advisory and client relations.
