Ahmed is the founder and CEO of Greca Group, a holding company comprising Greca Homes and Greca Developments. Since arriving in Athens in 2011 as an exchange student, Ahmed has become a leading entrepreneur in Greek real estate. In 2013, he established Greca Homes, a real estate brokerage firm focusing on Greece’s Golden Visa program and helping over 120 families secure residency through tailored property investments.

Expanding into real estate development, he launched Greca Developments, a real estate investment and development firm overseeing projects totaling 8,000 square meters with a combined value of 50 million euros. Through his companies, Ahmed also manages investment funds for high-net-worth individuals, leveraging market expertise to deliver capital growth and optimized yields. His leadership and vision continue to shape the success of Greca Group.

Mohamed is a partner at Greca Group with over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry. Exposed to the sector from a young age, he gained a deep understanding of the market during his college years and has been an integral part of Greca Group’s growth since its early days. This involvement has given him extensive knowledge across all aspects of the business, from market dynamics to legal and bureaucratic processes.

More than a sales expert, Mohamed is a true consultant, guiding clients and investors to make informed, strategic decisions. His insights cover where, when, and how to invest for maximum returns and profits. With a comprehensive approach, Mohamed ensures every investment decision is optimized for success, making him a trusted advisor in the real estate market.

Akis is the Head of Accounting at Greca Group, bringing a wealth of expertise in managing the financial operations of diverse real estate companies and SPVs for the group’s projects. With a solid background in finance and accounting, Akis is well-versed in corporate structures and collaborates with accountants globally, including in Greece, the UAE, and the USA, to ensure the group achieves its financial and operational goals.

Maria is the Property Manager at Greca Group, overseeing all property management operations for both the group’s portfolio and client-owned properties. She manages long-term and short-term rentals, utilizing platforms like Airbnb, Booking, and Chinese channels to maximize visibility and rental potential. Maria also ensures that the Group’s developments are optimized for rental success.

With extensive experience managing over 600 properties, she handles rental agreements, utility setups, tenant communications, and investment performance reporting. Her collaborative approach with engineers, legal teams, and accountants ensures seamless property management and strong investor returns.

Alexandra is the Marketing Manager of Greca Group, with extensive experience in real estate marketing across Australia, South Africa, and Greece. Holding a double degree in Business and International Relations from Bond University, she has worked with leading real estate firms such as Gorman Commercial and T&C Investments, managing campaigns, marketing budgets, and property advertising.

At Greca Group, Alexandra uses her global expertise and multilingual skills in English, Greek, and French to drive marketing strategies and enhance the company’s brand presence.

Elizabeth holds an MSc in International and European Relations and brings experience in operational coordination, CRM management, process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

She oversees sales processes, CRM and data quality, lead-flow visibility, reporting, and the coordination of sales-related systems and workflows. She works across teams to improve operational consistency, strengthen processes, and ensure that information and activities remain aligned with commercial priorities.

Her focus is on building structured, efficient and scalable ways of working that support informed decision-making and the company’s continued growth.

Backed by 25+ years working alongside CEOs, CFOs, banks, and lenders, George serves as Senior Finance Controller at Greca Group, anchoring the Group’s institutional finance capability across its SPVs and real estate developments.

He has structured and managed project finance across renewable energy SPVs at BCI Renewables, led debt management and lender reporting at Athens International Airport, and conducted investment due diligence and valuations at Emporiki Venture Capital. His broader career includes controlling roles at Imerys Bauxites and Antipollution A.N.E., and retail banking at Barclays. He holds an MBA in Finance and a BSc in Business Management both from the University of La Verne, California.

Valia Panagiotou is an Architect Engineer with extensive experience in architecture, interior design, project management, and real estate development. She holds an MSc in Architectural Engineering with a specialization in Environmental Design. Her experience includes small and large-scale residential and commercial developments, renovations, interior design, and landscape projects, several of which have received international recognition and awards.

As Technical Development Manager at Greca Group, Valia oversees the technical aspects of development projects, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders from concept through execution. She brings a practical and detail-oriented approach, with a focus on quality, functionality, sustainability, timely delivery, and long-term value.

Demetre E. Katsouris is an experienced attorney with a strong background in European and International law. He holds an LL.B from the Democritus University of Thrace, an LL.M in European Law with Distinction from the University of Surrey, and an MSc in Business for Lawyers from Alba Graduate Business School. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive expertise in real estate, commercial, tax, and civil law, with particular experience in complex legal matters and transactions.

His legal background allows him to support development projects with a strong understanding of regulatory, contractual, and commercial considerations. A member of the Athens Bar Association, Demetre has also contributed to legal scholarship in the field of Greek civil law and the Law of Obligations. Fluent in Greek and English, he brings a structured and commercially minded approach to legal matters connected to real estate and development.

George is a licensed real estate consultant and certified property appraiser with over four years of experience in residential and investment real estate. Combining strong market knowledge with formal training in property valuation, he provides clients with insightful guidance and data-driven advice throughout the buying, selling, and investment process.

Recognized as an award-winning real estate professional, George is known for his client-focused approach, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional results. His dedication to building trust and creating value makes him a reliable advisor for homeowners and investors alike.

Holding a Law degree from Turkey, Aleyna brings a highly analytical and structured mindset to her role as a Property Consultant at Greca. She specializes in guiding Turkish clients and corporations through Greece’s Golden Visa program and property market.

Her background ensures an exceptionally detail-oriented approach to real estate advisory and client relations. By deeply understanding her clients’ unique needs, she transforms complex acquisitions into smooth, transparent, and successful journeys, helping investors confidently expand their horizons in Greece.

Monira holds a Vocational Diploma in Tourism Management & Hospitality in Greece and has built her experience across front-desk reception, direct guest hosting, and property management coordination.

Drawing on her Greek and Egyptian background, she brings strong cross-cultural understanding and multilingual communication skills to her role at Greca Homes. In Property Operations, she focuses on enhancing guest satisfaction, streamlining day-to-day property processes, supporting owners and guests, and maintaining high operational standards across the portfolio.
